DELIVERY TIME

 You can see the terms, price and choice of delivery courier in the checkout page when completing the order, as we have selected couriers for each country for the convenience of our customers.
The delivery time is the most important thing that our customers expect, for this reason we try to always work with local couriers. 

All products are always shipped in secure packaging. You choose your most convenient shipping method during checkout. The expense of shipping will be dependent on the size of your order and delivery terms in your country.
We will cover any damage to the product during shipping, and ship you a replacement if needed.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times may occasionally be subject to unforeseen delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we are not responsible.

DELIVERY PROCEDURE

After an order is received by a User in the beshwear.com online store, if there is a need or lack of data, a consultant on our site contacts him to clarify the details and confirm the order. If all the buyer’s delivery data is entered correctly – the shipment is sent without a call, and the buyer receives a confirmation notification by mail, SMS or Viber. In the event that the ordered model is not in stock, the order may be cancelled. Deliveries are made by a courier company that you can select on the checkout page and are sent to the delivery address specified by the User or to the office of the courier company in the relevant city.

Delivery is made by courier from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.;

Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery is at the expense of the customer or is included in the total price (the price of delivery depends on the courier and type of courier service)

Orders placed on FRIDAY after 6:00 p.m. SATURDAY, SUNDAY and holidays are PROCESSED on the first business day. An order placed on a weekday after 2:00 PM is PROCESSED the next day. You can receive a call from our associate within 48 hours (on working days) after placing an order.

Orders are fulfilled within 72 hours

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET

Delivery usually takes 2 – 6 business days but in exceptional cases or different countries it can be slightly longer. We hope you can be a little patient if there’s a slight delay.
Please see your “Order was shipped” email, to find tracking link for your package. 
 
IF IT HASN’T ARRIVED AFTER 10 WORKING DAYS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
  1. Please check your order confirmation email for the exact address we’ve shipped your order to. Is it 100% correct?
  2. Please contact us, and tell us if there’s any problem with your address. Our awesome customer service team will help you out and get in touch with the courier company.
  3. If the courier somehow lost your package, we will reship your order.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? (SHIPPING OPTIONS)

At Beshwear.com we are constantly looking for faster and more cost-effective ways to get your package into your hands as soon as possible.
Depending on your order amount, the shipping rates may change or be waived altogether. On the checkout page you will find the final shipping rates for your order next to the shipping options that we offer. 
Note:All delivery date estimates are subject to delays with the courier or postal service.


RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

If you received the wrong item or are missing 1 or more items from your order, please contact us and include the following information if possible:
    • Your order number. You’ll find it in your order confirmation email.
    • A picture of the wrong product, or a link to the wrong product in our shop. This’ll help us make sure others don’t face the same problem if there’s been a mistake in the warehouse. Thanks for helping us help others! 🙂
    • Next, we’ll send out the correct items as fast as we can and let you know if we want you to return the wrongly delivered item(s). We’ll cover all shipping costs, of course.

ITEM MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER

If there’s an item missing from your order, please contact us and include your order number and the name of the missing item.
We’ll send out a replacement immediately, and investigate what might have caused the mistake so we can avoid it in the future.
Even though our warehouse team is pretty damn awesome, mistakes do happen, and we deeply apologize.
 

RECEIVED BROKEN/FAULTY ITEM

Everything in our warehouse goes through strict quality control.

If you’ve received a broken or faulty product, we’re terribly, terribly sorry. We’ll get this resolved as soon as possible.

Please contact us via our COMPLAINT FORM and include a photo of the broken item. One of our customer service will help you out as soon as possible!
 

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED?

The most important thing for us is that your order arrives at your doorstep safe and sound.
Your items will be packed in either a padded envelope or cardboard box depending on what you’ve ordered, whichever works best to keep them secure.
We do everything in our power to send your products in the safest way possible.
